CEO Club is a private, invite-only mastermind designed for business owners who are ready to think, operate, and lead at an elite level. This is not a course or traditional coaching - it’s an intimate, high-touch experience where I personally walk beside you for six months of deep, personalized mentorship.

 

How It Works:

Private Group Chat Led by Tina

You’ll be added to our "inner circle" group chat - a space that’s 100% private and just for our small group. This is where you can drop questions, ideas, wins, and challenges at any time. You’ll get direct, real-time input from me as well as the collective wisdom and support of the group.

I’ll be actively monitoring and coaching inside the chat Monday through Thursday. While I may pop in outside those hours occasionally, that’s the general rhythm you can expect. Think of this space as a place where you can brainstorm, share where you're stuck, and get strategic feedback from someone who understands the nuances of running a high-level business.

This is where the magic happens daily - not just in scheduled calls, but in the ongoing dialogue that drives clarity, momentum, and transformation.

 

1:1 Coaching with Tina

In addition to the group chat, you have access to me via direct message to liaise about anything you prefer to discuss privately. We can text and voice memo, and I can also review anything you need in that setting that you prefer to discuss 1:1 (ex: profit and loss statements, sensitive team/life issues, etc.). 

 

Live Masterminds

Twice a month, we’ll meet live on Zoom for a 60-minute session. These are customized, intentional conversations where every member gets a dedicated turn to connect with me directly, workshop ideas, and move the ball forward in real time.

If someone needs extra time or we don’t get to everyone, we’ll run long - the entire point of CEO Club is for you to get the value of 1:1 support combined with a true sense of community.

How is this different from traditional coaching or the Academy?

This is an immersive, relationship-driven experience - part coaching, part strategy, part sounding board, and part support system. You’ll have me in your corner as a thought partner, strategist, and trusted advisor who knows your business inside and out.

Traditional coaching is typically limited to intermittent phone calls with no support in between. It's easy for coaching calls to fall into a trap of filling time or feeling like a therapy call that doesn't actually move the needle. Real momentum comes from continuous coaching and consulting - not spaced-out check-ins. My focus is helping you make meaningful, lasting change while using your time wisely. I want to be available when issues arise in real time, not weeks later when the moment has passed. 

The Academy is a set curriculum and it's the backbone of how I think and what I often suggest for tactical solutions. CEO Club is for builder-minded business owners who need and want customized support with business topics that go beyond systems and marketing - topics that involve people, leadership, unique circumstances, and lots of nuance.
