26. How to Stay Focused & Get Sh*t Done!

Part of being a High Performance Real Estate Agent is that you're ambitious: you have lots of goals and dreams and ideas. It's easy to get overwhelmed, overscheduled, or confused about where to start.
In this episode, @itslauramalec and I talk through how I have refined my ability to really BUILD things and make sh*t happen - amidst a very busy life with a full plate of personal, professional, leadership, and volunteer pursuits.
One of the best things we talk about is how to avoid "putting your goals in a drawer" - really bringing your goals to life and figuring out action steps to manifest them. We also touch on how to maintain mental discipline when you have a ton of ideas and want to start a lot of projects at once. My favorite part is the mindset shift I've been cultivating over the last few years of 'holding my goals loosely' and giving myself permission to regularly reflect, assess, and recalibrate my priorities to ensure I'm really living a life in alignment with what matters to me most.
