This is not something I normally do, but I want to just take a minute to do a super quick promotional episode about one of the best training opportunities that I've put together in a good while.
If you didn't already see my email or social media, because you may just be a podcast listener, I have secured a special guest to teach a joint training with me in a couple of weeks. You probably have heard of her. Her name is Amy Gregory.
She is an incredible real estate agent based out of Arizona. She has over 100,000 followers on Instagram. I have been following her since 2020.
She's with eXp like me. I remember joining eXp at the beginning of 2020 and then stumbling upon her right around that time and being, oh, who's this person? At that time, she had a much smaller follower count. It wasn't nothing, but I was probably, I don't know, in the 5,000 or 10,000 follower range.
She was building her business and starting to build a national network. I have just been watching her in awe and with great respect for her marketing prowess and her consistency. Five plus years later, she has a follower count that is bigger than any national real estate brokerage.
She is really the queen of using reels to grow and not just to have a big followership, but to generate transactions. I think there are a lot of agents that are really good at lead generation or anything, at their craft in many respects, but it takes a special person to be able to teach other people how to do it and how to actually discern what they are doing that is duplicatable and then teach that to other people and then actually have those other people have significant success as well. I've been watching Amy do that for five years.
We've been friendly. Do you guys remember Clubhouse? I interviewed her on Clubhouse back when that was going crazy during the early COVID era. I approached Amy recently.
She and I are with the same brokerage. I've started to collaborate with her a little bit on people who come over to eXp and work with both of us as a joint sponsorship situation. I said, hey, what do you think about having a training together? She said, sure.
She and I are teaming up on Wednesday, October 1st. She is going to be the star of the show and kicking off and giving her full rundown on her social media strategy, everything related to Instagram, Reels, lead capture, automation. She's just basically going to teach you what her machine is and how you can create one just like hers.
She has really done this at a level that very few do. There are other people. Obviously, we all know there are many people that are very successful on Instagram, but I think she's really in a league of her own at helping other people actually understand how to do it and do it themselves.
Then, of course, if you're a podcast listener, you know me, you know my thing. I do have a healthy Instagram following, but I'm really a Facebook OG. I really started building my business in earnest.
I went full-time in real estate in 2007 when I graduated from college. Facebook was my primary tool to drive my production from $10 million to $15 million to $30 million to ultimately $50 million was my peak team production, where quite frankly, I burned out. I now know that I don't actually need to sell that many houses to be happy or achieve my financial goals, but what I'm telling you is Facebook, that was the driver for me to get to that production level.
It was just my personal profile and a little bit of Facebook groups. I'm going to be walking through, and that's honestly a little bit of an older era in my lead generation. What I do now is more strategic and targeted, and I use Facebook groups.
I'm going to be in our joint training breaking down some of the things I do that I have not put on prior podcast episodes that are beyond just what I do in my local Facebook group, which is definitely my mainstay. I call that my digital geographic farm. There are some other things I do that are really bringing it together.
That is what we are up to. Amy's claim to fame and part of what makes her such a great marketer is she has such a clear and consistent message. If you follow her, you already know her spiel.
Her playbook is how to make six figures in part-time hours as a mom who's still fitting in carpool and everything. I could give you her spiel in my sleep. That's how clear her message is.
I think what I encourage anyone who wants to come to this is to take notes. How can you clarify your message? How can you make your message so clear that people know your brand in their sleep? This is a training on Zoom. I have all the information in the show notes.

I'm sure you've seen her post about it if you know her. It's over 600 agents strong, mostly women. She really focuses her energy inside Powerhouse, which is, again, such a testament to someone who pours into the people they actually have at the same level of dedication to the front end of the lead generation.
It's rare that you can interact with her live outside of maybe an Instagram DM. If you want to learn from her and talk to her, come live. Then I will be giving my piece of things.

She's definitely someone that I admire and have on a bit of a pedestal, quite frankly. I'm excited for my own inspiration and to just bring you along. Sometimes for me, I'm just, what am I into? If I'm excited about it, maybe you guys are going to be excited about it too.
